Return Policy

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, any Scott Jordan Furniture regularly stocked item purchased at regular price may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for a refund.

Order cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing prior to shipment to be exempt from our Return Policy.

Mattresses, futons, pillows, sleepers and other bedding items cannot be returned. Special order merchandise CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer must also pay for pick up to return the merchandise to our warehouse.

The pick up fee is $125 in the NYC metro area where we provide delivery.

The restocking fee and return pick-up charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Merchandise must be in new condition. Merchandise that has been used can not be returned. We may elect to visit and examine the merchandise for return.

Any merchandise that is in any way damaged or shows signs of use will not be authorized for return.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to note any damage at the time of delivery. Later claims of damage that were not not noted at the time of delivery will not be authorized for return.
